Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial modeling and variance analysis to forecast revenue and expenses
- Develop detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across business units
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Present financial findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
