Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for business units
- Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with strategic goals
- Lead budgeting and variance analysis processes across the organization
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support operational decisions
- Maintain and improve financial reporting systems and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and macros
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Professional certification (CMA, CPA) highly desirable
