Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Support senior leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis projects
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
