Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and forecast business performance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Develop comprehensive budgets and variance analysis models
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including ROI analysis and cost-benefit studies
- Maintain and enhance financial modeling tools in Excel and BI platforms
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
