Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, trends, and metrics to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and budgeting processes
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance against established benchmarks
- Collaborate with department heads to understand financial implications of business initiatives
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Lead special projects such as market analysis and competitive benchmarking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- CMA, CPA, or CFA certification preferred
