Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare executive dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders
- Analyze market trends to inform investment strategies and risk assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and planning cycles
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including M&A due diligence support
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CPA or CFA designation highly valued
- Remote work experience required
