Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (KY, OH, TN)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and 401(k) contributions
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Generate payroll reports and maintain confidential records
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Participate in quarterly payroll audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to complete paid certification training (ADP certification provided)
- Basic understanding of payroll tax regulations
