Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
- Create executive dashboards translating complex data into actionable insights
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation modeling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies
- Ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP regulations
- Lead process improvements in financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong quantitative modeling and valuation skills
- Excellent presentation abilities to C-suite executives
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
