Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to provide actionable business insights
- Develop comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and financial modeling
- Create executive dashboards and KPI tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- CFA or CPA designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
