Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and budget vs. actual comparisons.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and long-term forecasting.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and resource allocation.
- Conduct in-depth market research and industry trend analysis to identify new business opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenditures.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to executive leadership through clear, persuasive presentations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting using tools such as Excel (Advanced), SAP, and Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
