Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations and FLSA requirements
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and wage adjustments accurately
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Onboard new hires and maintain employee tax documentation
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and time-off tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of Louisiana payroll tax laws and FLSA
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and HRIS systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive financial data confidentially
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
