Responsibilities
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies and federal/state regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and internal control systems.
- Monitor changes in industry regulations and advise the management team on necessary operational adjustments.
- Investigate potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions to senior leadership.
- Prepare and submit accurate compliance reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Train employees on compliance standards, ethical conduct, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with external auditors and legal counsel during investigations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a compliance, auditing, or regulatory role.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, or other relevant industry-specific regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and policies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively train and report.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
