Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare detailed financial reports and executive dashboards for leadership review
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment between financial plans and business objectives
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to meet financial targets
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Streamline financial processes using automation tools and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders
- CMA or CPA certification preferred
