Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision and efficiency while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Deliver personalized customer service through in-person and digital banking channels
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and transaction records
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and problem-solving skills

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency in basic mathematics and financial software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean background check
- Notary certification a plus
