Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees across multiple states
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and year-end reporting
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Maintain accurate payroll records using ADP Workforce Now
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Support implementation of new payroll systems/processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, state wage laws, and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
