Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of business initiatives and new projects.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for internal and external audits, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Perform variance analysis and present findings to senior management in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related areas.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
