Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic decision-making
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable recommendations
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and investment analyses through due diligence
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Present complex financial information to executive leadership through clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
