Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for executive management.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and capital budgeting.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget and monitor spending against the budget.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks in financial data to provide recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Professional certification (CFA, CMA, CPA) is a significant plus.
