Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to guide strategic decisions
- Analyze operational performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities across departments
- Develop monthly/quarterly financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with department heads to create and monitor departmental budgets
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support business initiatives and cost-reduction efforts
- Maintain and improve financial databases and reporting systems
- Present complex financial data in clear, actionable formats for non-financial stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) and financial modeling
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation from company databases
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences
