Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 200+ vendors
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers with general ledger monthly
- Implement and maintain internal controls for payment accuracy
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms
- Analyze payment trends and recommend process improvements
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP module
- Train junior AP staff on system best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong analytical skills for variance investigation
- Excellent communication with internal/external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
