Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and market trends to support strategic business decisions
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new projects and investment opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource utilization
- Develop monthly dashboards and KPI tracking systems for performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations in all financial reporting
- Present complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders through clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong quantitative skills with ability to interpret large datasets
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
