Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, trends, and metrics to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership and board committees
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial processes and data accuracy
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and integration financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, pivot tables, complex modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial concepts
