Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for executive leadership
- Develop KPI dashboards and visualizations to track financial performance
- Conduct variance analysis to explain budget deviations and recommend corrective actions
- Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario planning
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial concepts
