Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for stakeholders
- Collaborate with department heads to develop departmental budgets
- Monitor KPIs and dashboard metrics to track financial health
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects for leadership initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or Oracle experience a plus)
- Certification (CFA, CPA, or CMA) highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
