Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Conduct thorough financial analysis of borrower financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow projections.</li><li>Evaluate credit risk and prepare comprehensive credit memos and loan presentations for underwriting approval.</li><li>Monitor and review existing loan portfolios to identify potential credit deterioration or delinquencies.</li><li>Collaborate with relationship managers and underwriters to structure and approve credit facilities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all internal policies, banking regulations, and external reporting requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit files and documentation in our loan management systems.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>3-5 years of experience in credit analysis, commercial lending, or commercial banking.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and financial modeling software.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Understanding of banking regulations and credit risk management principles.</li></ul>
