Responsibilities

- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Support strategic initiatives through financial scenario modeling
- Present findings to senior leadership with actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
