Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and dashboards using Excel and SQL.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met and operational efficiency is improved.
- Assist in the audit process and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
