Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets, to provide accurate financial insights.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure accurate reporting across all departments.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership, summarizing financial performance and key metrics.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend operational improvements based on data-driven findings.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 2-4 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
