- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll systems

- Implement internal controls and audit procedures
- Utilize QuickBooks for transaction processing and reporting
- Collaborate with CPAs on annual audits and compliance
- Train junior accounting staff on financial protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- CPA or EA certification strongly desired
- Proficiency with multi-entity accounting
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
