Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects to support operational improvements
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency enhancement initiatives
- Maintain and optimize financial databases and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with competing priorities
