Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial modeling and variance analysis to support strategic planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to forecast business performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for special projects and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial modeling software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- CPA or CFA certification preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
