Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and forecast revenue/expenses
- Develop comprehensive financial models and variance reports
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and forecasts
- Prepare executive dashboards and performance metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- CFA or CPA certification a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
