Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial plans for clients covering investments, retirement, estate planning, and tax optimization
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals through in-person and virtual consultations
- Analyze market trends and economic data to provide actionable investment recommendations
- Collaborate with our team of CPAs and attorneys for comprehensive client solutions
- Meet quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 95% client satisfaction scores
- Stay current on SEC/FINRA regulations and complete annual compliance training
- Participate in quarterly firm-wide strategy sessions and networking events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Series 65, 66, or 7 license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 3+ years experience in financial services, wealth management, or sales
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets (documented $500K+ annual production preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a major plus)
- Valid Illinois state securities license
