Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess borrower risk
- Prepare detailed credit analysis reports and recommend approval/decline decisions
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure credit solutions
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices
- Present findings to credit committees and senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of credit analysis or underwriting experience
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong understanding of credit metrics and risk assessment frameworks
- Credit Analyst (CMA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred
