Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth initial and ongoing consultations with clients to understand their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and life circumstances.
- Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans including retirement planning, estate planning, tax strategies, and insurance analysis.
- Investment Management: Manage and monitor client investment portfolios, executing trades and rebalancing assets to align with market conditions and client goals.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of economic trends, market news, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Compliance: Ensure all advisory activities comply with SEC regulations, FINRA rules, and firm policies.
- Business Development: Utilize marketing tools and networking events to prospect and acquire new clients within the Cincinnati area.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Licensing: Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment banking.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and a client-first mindset.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro) and CRM systems.
