Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare complex reconciliations for multi-entity portfolios
- Generate monthly financial statements with variance analysis
- Lead month-end closing procedures and audit support
- Optimize AP/AR workflows using NetSuite and Excel automation
- Collaborate with senior accountants on strategic financial initiatives
- Maintain compliance with SOX and GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + 3+ years high-volume experience
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Excel VBA
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Proven track record in multi-currency transactions
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
