Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and investment reviews with new and existing clients.
- Develop and present customized financial plans, including retirement, estate, tax, and insurance strategies.
- Manage and grow a book of business through proactive client communication and community networking.
- Recommend and sell financial products such as mutual funds, annuities, and life insurance.
- Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless transaction processing and account management.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
- Series 66 or 65 license preferred.
- Proven track record of sales success and client relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets and goals.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
