Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial plans for 50+ high-net-worth clients annually
- Leverage provided CRM software and digital portfolio tools for client management
- Conduct quarterly portfolio reviews using our proprietary analytics dashboard
- Drive new client acquisition through firm-provided marketing materials and digital channels
- Stay current on market trends using our subscription-based research platforms
- Collaborate with in-house legal and tax specialists for comprehensive client solutions
- Utilize provided tablets and presentation tools for client meetings
Qualifications
- Series 7 and 66/65 licenses (CA registered)
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial services or wealth management
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Proven track record of client relationship management
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Strong presentation skills with ability to explain complex concepts
- FINRA registrations in good standing
- Valid California securities license
