Your Mission:
To provide exceptional financial guidance, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth for the firm.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of investment accounts, retirement plans, and insurance products.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and market analysis to ensure optimal asset allocation.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Ensure full compliance with FINRA, SEC, and state regulations at all times.
- Present complex financial concepts in a clear, understandable manner to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related sales role.
- Must hold Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses (or obtain within 3 months of hire).
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Series 66 designation is a significant plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building trust and rapport.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
