Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through face-to-face and virtual consultations.
- Analyze client financial situations and recommend tailored investment strategies and insurance solutions.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to optimize portfolio performance.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports and review meetings to clients.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory compliance standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with the planning team to develop comprehensive wealth management plans.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial services, sales, or wealth management.
- Series 7, Series 66, and Life/Health insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client retention.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a high volume of client interactions.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings within San Diego and surrounding areas.
