- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare financial statements and tax documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Provide financial insights to business clients
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to meet strict weekly deadlines
