Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and reconciliations
- Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and management reports
- Lead internal controls audits and process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Analyze financial trends and provide actionable business insights
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and SEC filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA required
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multinational tax compliance preferred
