Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliations
- Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models and variance analysis
- Maintain internal controls and improve financial reporting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget preparation and expense management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP compliance and SOX requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
