Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements for client review
- Assist with tax preparation and audit documentation
- Monitor cash flow and identify financial discrepancies
- Collaborate with CPAs on compliance matters
- Implement efficient bookkeeping workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Familiarity with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification (e.g., CB) preferred but not required
