Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records
- Process accounts payable/receivable with strict weekly deadlines

- Implement and improve bookkeeping systems
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax compliance
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
