Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional service for deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products/services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist with complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Participate in branch marketing campaigns and community events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or banking experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and credit verification
- TX Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
