Responsibilities
- Manage monthly financial statements and reconciliations for 15+ client portfolios
- Lead full-cycle accounting including AP/AR, payroll processing, and tax compliance
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks Online systems for efficiency
- Prepare detailed financial analyses and variance reports for executive review
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Mentor junior accountants on best practices and regulatory updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax codes, and California compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage high-volume financial operations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
