Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements for financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Assist with year-end closing and external audit preparations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Clear communication abilities for presenting financial data to non-finance stakeholders
