Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage time and attendance data, reconciling discrepancies weekly
- Prepare and file federal/state tax forms (941s, 940s, W-2s)
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve garnishment/child support deductions
- Coordinate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll requirements
- Implement process improvements using payroll analytics tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or 3+ years payroll experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, multi-state tax laws, and garnishment rules
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table proficiency
- Proven experience with HRIS systems and timekeeping software
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation a plus
