Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individual and business clients
- Organize and analyze financial documents using proprietary software
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary tax documentation
- Assist senior associates with tax research and compliance matters
- Participate in ongoing training to develop technical expertise
- Maintain accurate client records and meet filing deadlines
- Contribute to team meetings and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree (or pursuing) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
